THE JOURNEY BEGINS
1. INITIAL MEETING
Meet with Jordan Claessen-Smith, our business owner, who will oversee your project. Discuss your vision and design ideas to ensure every aspect aligns with your expectations.
2. CONCEPT AND PLANNING
We provide with an initial building estimate. Then you can begin with a concept plan drawn by our designer. We will handle energy assessments, Council consultations, and development discussions to create a comprehensive project plan.
3. DESIGN AND STRUCTURING
Work with our designer to draft more detailed plans. Finalise structural elements and obtain all necessary energy assessments, engineering reports, and selections to lock in a fixed price for your project.
4. COMMITMENT
Once all design elements are finalised, we’ll proceed with signing the contract and agreements., establishing a foundation for the Council approvals process.
DURING THE BUILD
1. FOUNDATION
Begin the build with your home’s footings and foundations.
2. FRAMING
Next, we erect wall and roof frames.
3. EXTERNAL
Progress through brickwork and roofing to construct the framework that defines your home.
4. FIXING
Complete the second fix stage, including installations in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as electrical, plumbing, and flooring work.
5. FINAL TOUCHES
Add the finishing touches to your home, ensuring every detail meets your satisfaction.
6. HANDOVER
At project completion, we’ll hand over the keys to your new home, built with precision and care.
